抽沙船：抽沙泵出口壓力過(guò)小的原因及解決方法 抽沙泵出口有壓力但是壓力小于正常值范圍時(shí)，我們應(yīng)該檢查一下是否有以下幾個(gè)原因：
1、抽沙泵長(zhǎng)期沒(méi)有運(yùn)行，使得葉輪、密封部位粘結(jié)，造成電機(jī)堵轉(zhuǎn)；開(kāi)機(jī)前應(yīng)盤(pán)動(dòng)沙泵，確認(rèn)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活再啟動(dòng)。
2、抽沙泵本身缺陷，盤(pán)動(dòng)時(shí)候出現(xiàn)死點(diǎn)，此事時(shí)應(yīng)解體檢查沙泵的零部件是否有損壞情況，并及時(shí)更換損壞零件。
1、管路瀉壓，可能為管路的某個(gè)部位有泄露造成瀉壓，從而使系統(tǒng)壓力減?。豢梢躁P(guān)閉吸沙泵出口閥門(mén)，檢查壓力情況。
2、缺水，管道內(nèi)水源不足也是壓力不足原因之一，多是由于吸沙泵施工環(huán)境中有垃圾或雜草淤堵管路進(jìn)口，此時(shí)開(kāi)機(jī)后能聽(tīng)到水泵噪音很大，逐漸關(guān)閉出口閥門(mén)這種聲音會(huì)逐漸減小。清理吸沙泵過(guò)濾網(wǎng)上的淤堵并提高工況水位。
